With his decades of experience and deep family roots in construction and the trades, Peter Loughran brings quality craftmanship to every project he touches. Nearly as soon as he could walk, Peter spent time on jobsites with his dad, a custom log home builder in Colorado. As a teen he spent summer breaks working in construction— doing everything from foundations in Denver to creative carpentry deep in the Rocky Mountains— and learned the principles integral to the building trades.
Peter moved to California in the ‘80s and continued to strengthen his construction abilities working throughout southern Marin, San Francisco, and the East Bay and becoming a licensed contractor in 1985. He’s been able to combine his building skills with his love for travel and spirit of adventure, building homes as far and wide as Southern Mexico, Fiji, New Zealand, and Maui. For the past 15 years, he has predominantly focused on building in West Sonoma County and surrounding counties (Mendocino, Napa, and Lake).
